WRIT
Filing cases in the High Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh by any person aggrieved by the decision of any person or authority contemplated under Article 102 of the Constitution of Bangladesh.
Criminal Cases
Offences committed under the Penal Code, bail matters, quashing, appeal from conviction. All kinds of criminal cases including filing cases in the police station or Magistrates’ court. Filing criminal appeal against the judgement and order in the Session Judges court or High court Division; also handles bail matters.
COMPANY LAW
Company cases are filed mostly in the High Court Division are related formation of a company to rectification of share register, minority shareholders right, Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM).
Admiralty
Admiralty cases deal with the maritime claims relating to vessels. Arrest of vessel with the territorial waters of Bangladesh.
Conveyancing and documentation
Property related all kinds of Documentation of property related matters. Legal work related to drafting of deeds, vetting, agreements, company incorporation and related legal work, notices, negotiation, mediation etc.
Arbitration
Arbitration is an alternative to litigation with a view to resolve disputes in a short time the presence of arbitrators.
